| " The business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser will need to undertake to offer for sale of Step up Products in accordance with the following terms & condition. " |
- That the business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser will introduce such persons to Step up who are in accordance with the operational directives of the company issued from time to time.
- The business Associates/Distributors/ Purchaser will comply with all central, state, municipal laws, local laws, ordinance, Rules & Regulations.
- The company has sole discretion to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser will be responsible to regularly check the website for any upgradations / amendments and the company will neither undertake to send any direct letter nor use any other medium other than specified above.
- In case of any change of address or phone number or email id or any such information considered vital for the company it will be the Business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser's sole responsibility to keep the company informed through registered letter only.
- Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser are not any employee, agent, partner, legal representative, or franchisee of Step up and is not authorized to incur any dept., expense, obligation or open any bank account on behalf of/for, or in the name of Step up. The business Associate/Distributors/ Purchaser will be solely responsible for paying all expenses incurred by it for day to day operations beside direct and indirect expenses incurred towards use/misuse/inability to properly use the product/service.
- All Business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser should agree to present the Step up Business Plan and the product as set forth in the official company literature. The business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser shall not offer any incentives, gifts other than as specified in the official brochure or out hold any promise to this effect or offer any other attractions to tempt/lure/instigate any person to join the Business of Step up
- The Company reserves the right to alter / change the compensation plan, products and its varieties, rates, prices and terms & conditions from time to time and the same will be applicable to all business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been served and received by Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser at the same time as and when published and it will be assumed that all Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser agree to I and would abide by such changes and undertakes complete responsibility to stay abreast to such developments in such manner and implications.
- The company would not be responsible if due to any act of natural calamity/change in law or unforeseen circumstances in unable to perform its normal working. In such circumstances no claim from any Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser in any form will be tenable/acceptable.
- The Business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser will not accept the payments directly (in cash) arising out of sale of Step up Products and all payments will be accepted in the form of DD/banker's cheque favoring Step up Payable at Mumbai. The Company shall not be responsible for any cash payments at any place or other that deposited at the counter or the Back office at Mumbai.
- The business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser shall display the company logo as designed by the company for printing Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser Personal stationery (with prior written permission only which can be withdrawn at any time by the company). However, the Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser shall not use the trademark, patent or any other intellectual property/right of the company for any purpose other than promotion of the business of the company.
- The company may terminate the Business distribution ship without giving prior notice if he/she uses the company's premises/venue to represent interest of any other company in what so ever manner. The right of terminated Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser to receive compensation/present/venue to receive compensation/present/accured (in whatever form) from the company ceases from date of termination. Will be responsible for payment to company for the lose due to such act.
- In the event that a provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, in such circumstances only enforceable provision shall be construed to enforceable and agreement will remain in full force to that extent.
- Courier / octroi / local expenses to be bear by the Business Associates /Distributors /Purchaser.
- Products once delivered will not be taken back.
- The incentive will be paid by cheques/DD only (D.D. charges shall be deducted).
- The Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser must be of the legal age of 18 years on date of application.
- The amount is non-refundable and non-transferable the company and the Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser have entered this agreement for purchase of product offered and further if no referral sales is made by the purchaser he/she shall not in any way be eligible for any of the incentives.
- All the incentives shown in the plan will be done an a differential basis, which means that if any incentive for particulars sales is achieved by any of the Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser down lines such incentives will be deducted from the Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser incentives.
- Delivery of product is subject to availability.
- The company will not entertain any request for product/package made after 6 months of the date of acknowledgment of the payment.
- In the event of the death of the proprietor/partner of the business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser company the rights and responsibilities of the Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser will be transferred to the legal heirs as per the (India)n laws.
- Any incompliance with the terms of this agreement, Step up may, at its discretion, terminate the concerned Business Associate/Distributors/Purchaser or impose upon him any other disciplinary action/penalty. If the same is in breach, default or violation of this agreement he/she shall not be entitled to receive any futher pay out, If this agreement is terminated for any reason whatsover, the concerned Business Associates/Distributors/Sales Reg. will loose its right (present and future) as an Business Associates/Distributors/Purchaser and rights including to receive any payouts from Step up
- All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Only.
- Registration fees of Rs. 99/-
