Mapping
This entails putting all resources to use like advertising, portal search, database search, referrals above all head hunting/Mapping and preparing the list of probable’s (Map Sheet).
Initial Selection
Phone based interviews done by our assigned recruiter. Pruning the map sheet and incorporating more if needed.
Face to Face Interview
With the consultants in charge of the mission before shortlisting for Interview with the client
Interview With Client
Coordinating the appointments and preparing the candidate for the first interview
Negotiations
StepUp will elicit the Selected candidate’s compensation requirements and Client’s wish assist in negotiating and closing the offer.
Reference Check
StepUp will conduct detailed references on the selected candidate(s) before the offer is formally extended
